Step 1: Gastronomy at the Museum
Visit a Parisian museum such as the Louvre, Carnavet, or Arts Décoratifs Museum, accompanied of an art and gastronomy specialist, to discover and discuss culinary customs and traditions of the past.

In a private kitchen, you will meet your personal chef, Michèle, a french food historian, writer and journalist.
While cooking very old recipes from ancient culinary books, Michèle will help you discover food products from the past, ancient cooking techniques, how spices were used and other fascinating historical bits of information about cooking through the ages.Renaissance Menu:
- Creamed bean with figs (circa1505)
- Chicken with sage (circa 1570)
- Royal tart (circa 1570)
Step 3: Tasting!
After a much-deserved aperitif, you will savor the fruit of your culinary efforts in an elegant and refined décor.
Bon appetit!
